Street Team Sign Up Form
Thank you for your interest in joining our new Mazzoni Center Street Team. The role of the Street Team shall include distributing materials promoting Mazzoni Center’s services (such as fliers, business cards, coasters, etc) to local venues (bars, restaurants, bookstores, etc) and at local events (fairs, parades, etc); assisting in tabling on behalf of Mazzoni at local events; and assisting in representing Mazzoni Center at Mazzoni Center events.

The work of the Street Team will be supported through the development of appropriate assets for distribution, the provision of a Mazzoni Center Stream Team t-shirt to each volunteer, the development of a regular schedule of Street Team activities, and a dedicated Mazzoni Center staff member to coordinate the team. Our Street Team will be an enthusiastic and empathetic group of ambassadors representing Mazzoni Center’s vital work.
