AHSVCA Hall Of Fame Nomination Form
The Alabama High School Coaches Association (AHSVCA) recognizes those who have reached the pinnacle of their profession and the sport of volleyball, by naming them to the AHSVCA Hall of Fame.

Please use the form below to submit your AHSVCA Hall of Fame nomination. You may submit more than one nomination per year. Nominations submitted are good for 3-years.
  • CRITERIA for Nominee:

    • 15-years or more experience as a Alabama high school volleyball coach or contributor (e.g., trainers, administrators, officials, sportswriters, junior high coaches, association contributors)
    • At least 300 career wins in Alabama high school volleyball (coaches and former coaches only)
    • Demonstrated leadership and commitment to high school volleyball in Alabama
    • Current coaches must be an active AHSVCA member, and can be nominated by a member or non-member. Non-coaches and retired coaches must be an active AHSVCA member OR be nominated by an active member

  • Contributors are non-high school coaches who have made major contributions to Alabama high school volleyball (e.g., trainers, administrators, officials, sportswriters, junior high coaches, association contributors)
  • If nominee is deceased, please use info of closest relative indicating "Attn: [name of relative]."

    We MUST have a means to contact the nominee or their closest relative in order to accept a nomination (address or email).
