Once you have completed this online form, we will then create a personalized LSWO PayPal Invoice , and email this to you, so you can pay online with your credit card.

The fees are the following:

Full Conference (05/18/23 to 05/20/23): $125.00
One Day Fee: $75.00
Student One Day Fee: $55.00

If your employer is going to pay your fee, please include the name, job title, and phone. We will email or phone call your representative.
