2026-2027 Standalone Day Use Reservation Request
Please complete this form to request use of a Program Center for your Troop or Service Unit.
Each year, GSOC offers members the opportunity to use our facilities at little to no cost. To help ensure these spaces remain available to as many troops as possible, we ask that all Girl Scouts leave the facility better than they found it. Usage guidelines are outlined in this form, and failure to follow them may result in suspension of privileges.

I agree
I understand that all reservation requests for the membership year at any Program Center will be submitted to GSOC and will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
I understand that my troop must have at least 2 Troop Leaders that are fully background checked - name-based AND fingerprint-based - before I am sent a fob.
I understand that I need to contact CustomerCare@GirlScoutsOC.org to make any changes to the reservation.
I understand that for the safety of our girls the front gates or front doors of the program center will not be propped open.
I understand that Troop Leaders will supervise the girls at all times while at the Program Center.
I understand that only one (1) key/fob per troop will be issued and will not be copied or shared outside our troop. If this key/fob is lost, I agree to pay $35.00 for a replacement.
I understand that the Program Center is a shared space, and my troop will not arrive earlier or depart later than our scheduled time.
I understand that mistreatment of the facility may result in the loss of future Program Center use and privileges.
I understand that it is my responsibility to notify GSOC of any maintenance or security issues by calling or emailing CustomerCare@girlscoutsOC.org.
CLEANING AND SAFETY GUIDELINES - PROGRAM CENTERS:
ALL PROGRAM CENTER USERS, without exception —whether using the facilities for troop meetings, council trainings, workshops, and/or Service Unit events—have the same responsibility to clean both during and after their event to maintain appearance and safety of the Center.

While at the Program Center and prior to leaving the facility, my troop and I agree to adhere to the following guidelines:

I agree to not use thumbtacks, nails, or any other items that can puncture or create holes in the walls or doors.
I agree to use newspaper or protective papers on all tables, counter tops, and floors prior to any gluing, painting or any other activity that could leave permanent damage.
I agree to immediately call the police, if there is an unsafe situation, then report the issue to GSOC Staff by emailing CustomerCare@girlscoutsOC.org.
I agree that all wastebaskets inside the facility will be emptied and new plastic liners inserted, and all trash be taken to the outside dumpster, and dumpster securely closed and locked before leaving the facility.
I agree that all floors will be swept, mopped, and/or vacuumed, including bathrooms. Mops rinsed and wrung to dry.
I agree that all chairs, tables, and countertops are wiped clean.
I agree that all dishes will be washed, dried, and put away.
I agree to erase/clean dry erase white boards after use.
I agree to ensure patio and outside areas are neat and clean.
I agree that all furniture will be moved back to where it belongs.
I agree to ensure the refrigerator is emptied of all food before leaving and that no food is left behind.
I agree to turn off all lights, oven, stove, and faucets.
I agree to check to ensure that all the toilets have been flushed before leaving.
I agree that all doors, windows, and gates will be closed, locked, and double checked before leaving.
