    To perform the professional services required to plan and arrange your request, during this time there are several new nuances that must be understood. They are included in this additional waiver. By booking your plans with us you are agreeing to these additional terms and are bound by this agreement and any additional terms and conditions of the supplier applicable to these said arrangements. The lead passenger assumes all responsibility of sharing these terms and conditions with all passengers in their group. The lead passenger and all other passengers agree to hold harmless WeGo Travel for any responsibility after acceptance and payment of plans.

    The US currently has issued a level four advisory for travel. While this is not a ban on travel it is a notice that repatriation will not be a quick response by our government and you may be stuck in a country responsible for your own care and accommodations and at personal additional expense.

    There is currently a pandemic; namely Covid-19. Reactions and responses to this virus have created a very fluid response. There is a possibility of exposure or contraction of this virus during travel. The result may require quarantine procedures as deemed by governing body of location of travel to.

    WeGo Travel requires the purchase of travel insurance of your choice for us to complete any travel planning in your name at this time to provide some degree of assistance should you or any member of the party be quarantined. It is your responsibility to understand the insurance you choose. Currently, as we are amidst the pandemic, there is NO OPTION for cancellation available due to the pandemic.

    Many entities are currently requiring the use of masks at airports, during flights and continued through customs and immigration and possibly at resort. Failure to comply may lead to refusal of flight, refusal of entry to country traveling to and refusal to stay at resort. There may or may not be checkpoints where temperatures are taken. Again, compliance is mandatory.

    If your plans are cancelled due to a force majeure, you are bound by the payment terms and conditions of each supplier. You may be required to accept a voucher for future use. This is not at our discretion to change or modify. However, we will continue to advocate for you through the process. Our deposits conditioned and outlined in our Plan To Go Agreement are not waived should you not allow us to rebook your plans. Refunds from suppliers are considered cancellations and Plan To Go deposits are considered earned.

    The bulk of our business is conducted via the use of credit or debit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express or Pay With Points by AMEX. You are required to provide written authorization to apply funds to arrangements in your name for every transaction for your trip. Your authorization, be it the full formal authorization or the shortened text version of authorization is a binding agreement for us to charge your card and as such, you waive any right to a chargeback in the case of a cancellation for any cause (except fraud), including a force majeure event and agree to the refund policies listed herein. In the event a client attempts to chargeback, reverse or recollect a payment already made without out express written consent, we reserve the right to collect all additional costs, fees and expenses associated with such chargeback, reversal or recollection including, without limitation, attorney fees.

    Definition of force majeure is, in relation to our agency, any circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including acts of God, explosion, civil disturbances, sickness, pandemics, quarantines, war or threat of war, acts of terrorism, sabotage, insurrection, riots, strikes, civil disturbances, government intervention, weather conditions, floods, forceful winds, defects in machinery and vehicles, delays or other unforeseeable event) WeGo Travel shall not be deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise liable to you. If any supplier is affected by any force majeure they may vary or cancel any itinerary or arrangement in relation to your trip as per their terms and conditions.

    WeGo Travel has provided you with the latest information at their disposal regarding air policies, entry to country policies and resort policies. You agree to hold harmless WeGo Travel if any changes occur between notice given and start of travel. WeGo Travel recommends every passenger register with the www.travel.us.gov/STEP program. It is your responsibility to register independently as this is a government locator program designed to track US travelers abroad.

    It is the responsibility of each traveler to read these terms and conditions in its entirety along with those of suppliers. In addition, we reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions. If there is ANY part of these terms and conditions that you do not agree with, we request you do not use our services.
