Student Event Marketing Request
Please use the form below to request event promotion through the Regis University Office of Student Engagement & Leadership. For student sponsored events, clubs or organizations, you may submit event details to be included in the Student Engagement & Leadership Weekly Email.

PLEASE NOTE:
Events and programs sponsored by Regis University student organizations will be given priority placement. The Office of Student Engagement & Leadership does not guarantee that every program, event, or activity for which a request is received will be posted.

    The Student Engagement & Leadership Weekly Email goes out twice a week and is geared towards traditional undergraduate students. Events highlighted in the email are student sponsored, with additions of pertinent announcements as they arise. Images are welcome and encouraged. Please keep your description concise as email space is limited. Please submit your request no later than     Wednesday by 5pm the week prior. 
  • Fliers and Brochures

    While we encourage electronic marketing to take precedence over
    hard copy materials, we do assist with physical marketing strategies as well. 

    Please bring materials for posting to the Office of Student Engagement & Leadership, located on the second level of the Student Center, Room 200. We accept up to 10 posters for on-campus events and 5 posters for off-campus events with a maximum size of 11 x 17. An additional 5 posters may be taken to the Student Housing & Residential Engagement (SHaRE) in the basement of O'Connell for posting in the residence halls.

    Posters may be brought in up to 2 weeks before the advertised event and no later than 4 days before event date. All materials will be posted within 2 days of being dropped off. You are welcome to have them approved by Student Engagement & Leadership and post them yourself as well. Posters will stay up for a maximum of 2 weeks, or until the event has passed, whichever occurs first.
