2. If a Business Partner offers more than one product/service, Business Partner must identify which product/service they are requesting exclusivity. Each Business Partner will be approved for exclusivity on one product/service.

2. Discounted rates for NCHN activities
3. Pro level community sponsorship on NCHN’s interactive online community platform

Education & Marketing
1. One (1) or two (2) E-blasts to all NCHN members featuring Partner’s value proposition to members
2. Up to Two (2) Business Partner created PDFs, (e.g., announcement, white paper, invitation) emailed by NCHN twice per year, to each of its network members with request to forward to their members.
3. Twelve (12) months listing on NCHN’s website with link to Partner’s website or microsite
4. Six (6) consecutive months featured on NCHN’s website homepage
5. Twelve (12) months listing in NCHN’s monthly e-News
6. Four (4) Premium ads in NCHN’s monthly e-News with link to Partner’s website or microsite
7. Four (4) posts by NCHN thanking Business Partner for their support of NCHN’s mission on each Twitter and Facebook.
8. Four (4) posts by NCHN, on NCHN’s interactive online community platform, reminding members of the Business Partnership
9. Business Partner listed as a sponsor of NCHN’s biennial Network Leader Salary & Benefit Survey Report. Business Partner provided a copy of the report (further dissemination prohibited)

Exhibit at NCHN’s Annual Educational Conference
1. Conference registration fees waived for two (2) or three (3) Business Partner exhibitor representatives
2. Discounted registration fees for additional Business Partner exhibitor representatives
3. Business Partner’s Logo displayed on the Conference website & event app
4. NCHN provided $50 gift card for Business Partner to randomly draw & give to an NCHN member
5. One email sent to NCHN members registered for the conference, notifying them Business Partner will be exhibiting.
6. One push notification made on the event app prior to the conference
7. One push notification made on the event app after the conference
8. Two push notifications made on the event app during the conference
9. NCHN introduction of Business Partner/representatives to attendees 1 time during the conference
