Summer 2019 Scholarship Application Form
PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU PROCEED! YOU MUST HAVE APPLIED AND BEEN ACCEPTED, HAVE FILLED OUT YOUR FAFSA AND BE REGISTERED FOR CLASSES AT CPTC BEFORE YOU APPLY FOR A SCHOLARSHIP.

Scholarship Applications for Summer Semester will be accepted from March 18, 2019 through April 28th, 2019. Any applications after this date will be considered after the Semester begins and be considered only as a Emergency Hardship Application. Scholarship Committee will be meeting the last week of April and decisions made then. You will be notified via your student email address of a decision after that week. Please be prepared to pay your remaining tuition/fees unless you hear from the Scholarship Committee.
  • The following voluntary information will be used to determine if you are eligible for certain scholarships that target specific groups. You are NOT required to provide the information requested on this page in order to be eligible for most CPTC Foundation scholarships; however, omitted information may make you ineligible for some awards, when the scholarship’s criteria is relevant to the missing data.
