I do require a 5' tall securely fenced yard, with a gate and access to the yard through a door from your house.

Do you have a securely fenced yard?

If you do not it is a prerequiste that the yard be fenced prior to taking the puppy home.

Do you have a swimming pool? Do you have a fence around it separate from the rest of the back yard? If you don't, how do you plan to keep the puppy/dog safe?

Please provide the ages of the adults/children living in the residence.

Do you have grandchildren or children that visit regularly?

Is there anyone in the household with allergies, asthma?

Do you have any health issues/disabilities that will limit your ability to care for your puppy/dog?
