2016 MadCity Bazaar Non-profit Registration
Thank you for your interest in having a booth for your organization at MadCity Bazaar! Please fill out the form below and we will be in touch regarding being one of our featured non-profits.

We will be featuring a new non-profit organization each week. You will be required to provide staff, a table and materials for the full day. If you have a WI Sellers Permit you may sell items that are related to your organization.

- All markets (except August 6th) will take place at Trinity Lutheran Church located at 1904 Winnebago St. The August 6th market is tentatively scheduled in the parking lot of Winnebago Studios located at 2046 Winnebago St.
- Events will take place from 9a-3p. Vendors are required to stay the entire time.
- Set-up begins at 7a
- All events run rain or shine
- Booth sizes are 10x10
