We welcome you to submit nominations for the MAC Award for Diversity and Leadership in the Arts. Nominations from community members and local arts organizations are welcome. To submit a nomination, please submit the below form including a 750 word or less statement detailing why your nominee is an ideal candidate for this award.

Eligibility:
Nominees must live and/or work in the Greater Cincinnati region and have a demonstrated passion for diversity and inclusion in the arts. All arts disciplines or fields will be considered.
