INDEMNITY

We declare that the particulars stated herein are true and complete. We have read the rules and regulations governing this event and hereby agree to abide by them. We further indemnify the organisers and those connected with the organisers against any injury, accident, or death to ourselves, or damage or loss incurred to the vehicle hereby entered however caused arising out of our taking part in this event. We further declare that the vehicle entered is covered by insurance and road tax duly paid as required by the motor vehicle rules (third party risks) 1959 (Malaya) which is valid for an event such as this.

RULES & REGULATIONS

1.The RACE TO RICHES HUNT is a Motoring Treasure Hunt.Each Team should consist of at least 2 negotiators or estate agents. Entry Fee per Team is RM 480 (non members) and RM 400 (members). A minimum of 1 MIEA member per Team is required in order to obtain member’s rate. The fee includes participants’ lunch.

2.A Team shall be made up of minimum 3 persons to a maximum of 4 persons.The Driver of the car should possess a valid driving licence and the car entered must have valid road tax and insurance.

3.Entry forms must be fully completed, with the Declaration of Indemnity signed and the fees paid before it can be officially accepted as an entry. All Entries must be submitted to MIEA by 15 August 2016 (Monday).

4.Prizes will be awarded to the top teams. Details of the prizes will be made known on briefing day.

5.A briefing will be held on 10 September 2016 at MIEA Headquarters at 8am.

6.The Route will be marked by ‘Tulips’ from start to finish. The Clerk-Of-Course will explain in detail how tulips are read during the briefing.

7.The Organiser reserves the right to amend the rules /change or postpone the date / or cancel the event if it is deemed needful.

8.The Hunt will start from MIEA Headquarters and finish at Cyberjaya.

9.The decision of awarding prizes and points by the Judges will be final.
