Watercraft Training & Damage Pre-Rental Checklist

Describe any noted pre-rental damage below. If left empty, both parties agree that there was no existing pre-rental damage.
Check all equipment present and in operating condition, prior to rental. Please note the charge for each item that is returned damaged or missing. This includes minor damage, as even minor damage can result in the need to replace the item or send it out for service. Please also check disclosure/understanding of other chargeable infractions, such as late returns, user error rescues, etc. Applicable charges will be made with the credit card on file, or with another credit card of the renter's choosing, at the conclusion of the rental period.

User error rescue, such as run out of gas, stuck, etc. ($100 per hour), plus cost of any damage
using more than 1 parking space per boat rental ($100 each space)
Catastrophic damage, greater than $500, including full loss, is charged actual cost, plus 15%

By signing below, renter agrees with the preceding information. Renter agrees to assume full liability for all damaged or missing equipment/property, and other charges noted above, including damage or harm to others or their property, as a result of the use of rental equipment. Renter further authorizes payment using credit card on file or other valid credit card of the renter's choice, in the event of the above noted damage, missing item, or infraction.
