LSWO Conference 2025 - Seattle Exhibitor/Sponsor
We appreciate your interest in the LSWO Latinx Social Work Conference 2025, which will take place at the University of Washington School of Social Work.

Many organizations are interested in meeting in person with Social Workers, Students, Faculty, and allied human service professionals. Marketing your programs, services, and educational opportunities is a benefit to all who attend.

The exhibitor fee is $500 for a 2 day exhibitor table. We will send you the PayPal invoice, 48 hours, after you complete this online form.

The fee provides a table for your organization, 2 chairs for your staff, and staff can attend workshops and get CE's for these 2 days, if they are licensed. Setup will be at 7:30am on September 11, 2025. Further details will be sent.

After you complete this form, we will be in contact with you within 72 hours. If you selected exhibitor space only, we will send you an email with the LSWO PayPal Invoice. (Please check your Junk Mail)

Your organization has 2 options to pay:
1) Either pay with your organizational credit card.
2) Or print out the PayPal Invoice, and mail your organizational check to the LSWO. Address available on the Invoice.

The conference is from September 11 and 12, 2025.

We also have La Familia Sponsorships available for the following fees: $900, $1200, and $1500. Sponsorships offer organizations with benefits, such as an opportunity to speak to all attendees at the beginning of the conference day or in the afternoon, registrations, etc. (Benefits depend on the level of sponsorship)
