Recipient Background

Just by giving VBCCO their name, you have ensured that your award recipient will be honored at our upcoming Awards Banquet. However, if you would like this recipient to be considered for the city-wide "Outstanding Youth of the Year" award you may upload a prepared statement about the recipient or please take a few moments to answer some or all of the questions below.

Each person submitted will receive a certificate suitable for framing at the Awards banquet and entered into nomination for the Citywide award. Banquet attendance is not included and must be purchased separately. All VBCCO member organizations in good standing are eligible to submit volunteers for awards.
