*Important Information*
Event is not guaranteed until approved email is sent for the requested fundraiser. Please note that a minimum two week notice is required. Fundraiser dates and times cannot be changed. To cancel your fundraiser please give at least 72 hour notice by emailing csufcampusdining@fullerton.edu. Your fundraiser check will be issued within four to six weeks after your event. If it has been more than six weeks since your event and you still have not received a check, please contact our us at csufcampusdining@fullerton.edu. You will receive an email with the dollar amount your organization earned within 72 hours after your event.
*FLYERS*
Flyers must be handed out before the day of the event; no exceptions. If flyers are handed out on the day of the event, the organization forfeits any generated sales and disqualifies for future fundraising opportunities. There will be no exceptions and high surveillance throughout campus is guaranteed looking for misuse of terms set forth.
