Additionally, the “exhibitor” accepts and acknowledges that pink dot concepts makes no guarantees concerning the expo attendance, outcomes, or profitability.

Tax Statement

The “exhibitor” hereby acknowledges that the “exhibitor” is responsible for any and all sales tax due on merchandise sold, and understands that pink dot concepts assumes no tax liability for merchandise sold.

This form is part of the processing of a vendor application. It must be complete and returned with the rest of the application and payment. Failure to do so will result in an incomplete application and will be denied a space at the expo.
