Please allow 3 hours before your flight departs. We go direct from Port Douglas to Cairns Airport approx: 1 hour 15 mins no Palm Cove stop. Allowing 3 hours allows time for pick ups in Port Douglas, roadworks, potential delays or long queues when you arrive at the airport. If you miss your scheduled bus you will be allocated seats on the next scheduled bus.

Time is when we commence picking up in Port Douglas. We will email your exact pick up time to approx: 5 minute slot before your transfer based on your accommodation location.

This is the time your flight is scheduled to arrive at Cairns Airport. We aim to depart 20 minutes or less after all checked bags are collected from your flight's baggage carousel, which has arrived on time. This applies to carry on and checked baggage passengers.

Cancellation Notice *

Cancellations more than 24 hours before travel receive refund less $18 per adult ($9 one way) and $9 per child ($4.50 one way) to cover fees paid to the shuttle we have booked for you, or choose 100% credit for 24 months. The choice is yours.

For cancellations less than 24 hours before travel no refund is payable. If we have no availability for your booking we will not charge your card and instead advise options.
