Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they govern membership in the Silverberry Stitchers Club program.



The Silverberry Stitchers (aka VIP) Club is sponsored by Silverberry Designs (“we” or “us”) and is valid in the United States only. Benefits, points, and rewards have no cash value and are not refundable or redeemable for cash value, unless otherwise specified.

By becoming a member of the Silverberry Stitchers Club, members:

1) Consent to these Terms and Conditions, which we may change at any time, effective upon posting at www.silverberrydesigns.com and www.silverberryvip.com
2) Agree to receive advertising, marketing materials, and other communications from us. You can opt out of receiving emails, texts, and/or posted mail. If you opt out of receiving all three, your membership will end.
3) Agree that membership, accounts, accrued benefits and rewards are not transferable nor assignable, not redeemable for cash, have no cash value, and are not for resale or auction, unless otherwise specified.
4) Understand the Silverberry Stitchers Club may be terminated at any time without any further obligation to members.

Silverberry Stitchers Club membership is open to individuals of at least 18 years of age who are residents of one of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, and maintain a valid email address and/or phone number. Rewards will be earned on transactions exclusively at www.silverberryvip.com. There is no fee for membership.

Abuse of the Silverberry Stitchers Club, including failure to follow program policies and procedures; the transfer, sale or barter of rewards, vouchers, or product, benefits or promotional offers; buying of products for resale; and any misrepresentation of fact or other improper conduct as determined by us in our sole judgment, may result in cancellation of the member’s account and future disqualification from program participation, and forfeiture of all benefits. In connection with the enforcement of any of the terms and conditions governing the Silverberry Stitchers Club, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, as we deem necessary, and to recover damages, attorneys’ fees, and court costs.

We reserve the right to interpret and apply the policies and procedures communicated in these terms and conditions. All determinations made by us shall be final and conclusive in each case. These terms and conditions supersede all previously published terms and conditions.

Silverberry Stitchers Club members can request account activity, current points, or cancel membership by emailing silverberrydesigns@gmail.com.

We reserve the right to cancel an individual membership at any time, in our sole discretion, with or without warning.



EARNING POINTS

All members will earn the following:

25 points for Every Dollar Spent, exclusively on www.silverberryvip.com

50 points for each Survey Completion

100 points for Your Sign-Up Anniversary

250 points for Your Birthday

250 points for Your Anniversary

365 points for Our Annual Opening-Day Anniversary on August 15

500 points for Joining the Club and Renewing Your Membership

1,000 points for Referring A Friend, and after they join

2,500 points for each Hand-sewn Project Made By Us. Does not apply when you redeem points for a project to be made by us.


End-of-Year bonus points, calculated and provided December 31 for the previous calendar year. These points are determined by total purchases, as well as the length of membership.

Points earned will show up in a member’s account within 48 hours after the eligible purchase, and the member will receive a current printout of their updated points statement when their order ships.

Points cannot be earned on certain purchases, which include but may not be limited to the following: gift certificates, store credit, the purchase of free items, or the redemption of points for free items.

Points shall remain valid for the duration of membership.



REDEEMING POINTS FOR REWARDS

Points can be redeemed for rewards exclusively on www.silverberryvip.com, and may not be redeemed for cash, gift certificates, store credit, or tax and shipping on any otherwise eligible purchase, unless otherwise specified. Members may be notified of additional ineligible products and services. Lost, stolen or expired points will not be replaced.

Members must be in good standing under the Silverberry Stitchers Club Terms and Conditions at the time of points redemption.

If you are making a return and already earned points for the purchase, those points will be deducted from your account. If you exchanged points for a coupon, free gift, or charitable donation, a debit of points will be issued to your account.

1,500 points = 15% Coupon off one order

2,000 points = 25% Coupon off one order

2,500 points = 50% Coupon off one order.

3,000 points = A $10.00 Charitable Donation to a charity of your choice. We reserve the right to investigate your choice, and will not donate to any charities that in any way support racism, sexism, gender inequality, homophobia, xenophobia, or the like.

1,500 points = one (1) free Mini cross-stitch project. Limit one project in a 60-day period.

3,000 points = one (1) free Small cross-stitch project. Limit one project in a 90-day period.

7,500 points = one (1) free Medium cross-stitch project. Limit one project in a 6-month period.

15,000 points = one (1) free Large cross-stitch project. Limit one project in a 1-year period.

30,000 points = one (1) free Extra-large cross-stitch project. Limit one project per customer.




REWARDS ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

We will assign a unique member number to each member who provides a unique associated phone number, shipping address, and email address.



UPDATING YOUR REWARDS ACCOUNT

If your information has changed, please email us at silverberrydesigns@gmail.com. If you do not update this information associated with your account, that phone number or email address cannot be associated with any new member account.

In the event we receive a request from another customer who is trying to link the phone number associated with your account to their new account, which indicates that you no longer own that phone number, we will send you a request to the current email address associated with your account to confirm that you agree to de-link that phone number from your account. If we do not hear back from you within seven (7) days, we will consider that an approval of the request. At that time, we will move ahead with de-linking the phone number from your account and link the phone number to the new requesting customer’s account.



MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL

In mid-to-late June, we will send out a reminder letter and/or email with instructions on how to renew. Renewal is available in one, two, or three-year terms. A lifetime option is also available.

Membership to the VIP Club is provided on an annual basis, beginning August 1, and ending on July 31 at the end of the current term.

Members who do not renew before membership ends will forfeit all points, be removed from the Club, and lose access to the VIP website. Membership can be renewed at any time in the future; however, no new points will be awarded.
