Departure from Port Douglas is approx: 3 hours before domestic flight departure to allow for new roadworks on Captain Cook Highway, and associated heavy traffic around Smithfield bypass construction. We add extra time for international flights. The exact time will be confirmed by text to the mobile phone (or email address for international visitors) on this booking one day before your departure. If going to Cairns accommodation then enter time as target pick up time from Port Douglas .

  • Rates are for private transfer with no other passengers between 6am and 7pm.

    1 to 5 passengers: One way $160, or $320 return

    6 to 12 passengers: One Way $199 or $390 return

    14 to 19 passengers: One way $270 or $480 return

    For transfers after hours between 7pm and 6am please contact us during office hours on 0475 457 320 for availability and to make a booking. After hours transfers are generally delivered as private transfer + $50 late night driver surcharge. This helps us pay our drivers a fair rate for late night work. Thank you for your understanding.

  • We make refunds by the same method as payment. For cancellations less than 24 hours before travel no refund is payable. If we have no availability (eg last minute booking) we will not charge your card and instead advise options.
