Travel Insurance, if declined at time of vacation booking, may be added at a later date through a third-party insurance company before travel takes place, but in that event, the terms and conditions of coverage may be more restricted. (Cancel for ANY REASON protection must be added with trip deposit.) Airline Schedule Changes *
I understand that the booking airline can have schedule changes to the time, layover destination, and number of stops before arriving at my destination. I will not hold GTG Vacations, LLC responsible for any airline schedule change.
While the majority of airlines will do their best to accomodate your original request, at times, this may not be possible. If you need additional details on the schedule change clause, also known as the Contract of Carriage, please reach out to your travel advisor.

Covid-19 Responsibility *
I understand that Go Travel Getaways, LLC has no responsibility for Covid-19-related requirements that travel suppliers and governments may impose.
This includes but not limited to health affidavit forms, health screenings prior to departure or upon arrival, face coverings or quarantines.

For the latest Covid-19 government travel regulations, passengers should review IATA's website at www.iatatravelcentre.com.

Travel requirements vary by destination and can change on short notice.
TRIP INFORMATION:
Please check the provided vacation confirmation upon receipt and verify all information is correct. GTG Vacations, LLC will not be responsible for omissions or errors if not brought to their attention immediately. Payment must be received by the due date to avoid vendor cancellation.

DOCUMENTATION:
U.S. citizens traveling to any destination outside of the United States will be required to present a valid U.S. passport. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months past your return date. Some countries require a visa for transit or entry. Passengers are responsible to ensure that they have all the proper documents for entry. All names on documents must match the legal name on your photo I.D., and travel document information must match tickets. Please check the State Department website at http://travel.state.gov for further information. Immunizations may also be required. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in denied boarding, denied entry, and/or government imposed fines. If you are a citizen of another country, there may be additional requirements. Check with the nearest consulate or embassy of the destination you are traveling to and find out the entry requirements for non-U.S. citizens.

RESPONSIBILITY:
GTG Vacations, LLC offers retail travel services to customers, which are provided by separate and independent vendors of travel services. GTG Vacations, LLC does not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of the independent travel vendors. Hence, customer agrees and understands that GTG Vacations, LLC is not responsible for any operating failures, loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or members of your traveling party, nor for consequential damages, which may result from failure, delays, or injuries, which arise out of or during your scheduled travel. Customer agrees and understands that GTG Vacations, LLC is not responsible for any damages, direct or consequential, which may arise as a result of acts of God, social or labor unrest, war, political or national strike, terrorist activities, mechanical failures, climatic conditions, or any other actions or omissions beyond GTG Vacations, LLC's control.
In the event an airline or travel vendor declares bankruptcy, it is not obligated to carry you or to provide funds. Money given to our agency immediately becomes the property of the airline or travel vendor as required by law. GTG Vacations, LLC is not allowed to provide refunds for vendors who have declared bankruptcy. If an airline or travel vendor declares bankruptcy, it might continue services or stop completely. Other airlines or travel vendors might provide alternative services under limited circumstances.

CANCELLATION:
In most cases the deposit made on a vacation package is nonrefundable. The specific terms and conditions of each travel operator are provided with your confirmation. Your signature below confirms that you are been advised of payment deadlines and terms and conditions set forth by your specific travel provider. If you cancel your trip at a date outside of the allowable limits set forth by your travel provider and do not have travel protection, some or all of your money will not be refunded. GTG Vacations, LLC will not be responsible for providing refunds in cases where the travel provider does not provide a refund due to cancellation penalty guidelines & provided terms and conditions. *

I have accepted the quote given to me by GTG Vacations and authorize GTG Vacations usage of said credit card on my behalf for services quoted and accepted. I understand this is a disclosure of business practices and permissive payment agreement for the purchase of travel services. I agree that payment may be made direct to selected travel suppliers on my behalf by GTG Vacations; paid in prorated amounts not to exceed the sum total of approved charges. I understand Debit Cards often impose "Daily Charge Limits" and multiple payments may be needed to complete the full balance due. I am aware of any potential Cancellation, Refund and Surcharge Policies and Fees by suppliers and agree not to dispute or chargeback any of the below signed for and acknowledged charges without proper course of action. I understand that GTG Vacations will impose the following charges when contractually applicable: all reservations are subject to Cancellation Fees of $50 per traveler and will be applied to the provided credit card account within 72 hours of cancellation. GTG Vacations will not release personal information to ANY parties not listed on you finalized Travel Quote and will apply due diligence in maintaining records in a secure, safe location *
