Our 10:00am service goes direct to Port Douglas. All other services via Cairns Airport (approx: 15 minutes detour) running on a fixed schedule service. All services bypass Palm Cove. Our standard vehicle is 13 seater Toyota HiAce.

Oversize items are not strollers, prams and wheelchairs which are carried at no charge.

Oversize are $20 each one way: golf bag, fishing gear, guitar, bike or bike bag, keyboard piano. Surfboards are only permitted on our private transfer service.

Cancellations more than 24 hours before travel receive refund less $18 per adult ($9 one way) and $9 per child ($4.50 one way) to cover fees paid to the shuttle we have booked for you, or choose 100% credit for 24 months. The choice is yours.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before transfer no refund, unless a COVID related cancellation.

If we have no availability (eg last minute booking) we will not charge your card and instead advise options.
