2. We specialise in Cairns Airport - Port Douglas - Cairns Airport. We go direct door to door - no stops in Palm Cove or Cairns Northern Beaches.
3. T2 Domestic pick up: Meet your driver with your name on a sign at baggage carousel 3.
4. Please book more than 24 hours before travel.
5. Due to driver shortage we have no shared shuttle service for flights scheduled to arrive after 6pm including JQ950, JQ964, VA1423, QF2362.
6. Flights scheduled to arrive after 6pm available as private transfer only.

Please allow 3 hours before your flight departs. We go direct from Port Douglas to Cairns Airport approx: 1 hour 15 mins no Palm Cove stop. Allowing 3 hours allows time for pick ups in Port Douglas, roadworks, potential delays or long queues when you arrive at the airport. If you miss your scheduled bus you will be allocated seats on the next scheduled bus.

Time is when we commence picking up in Port Douglas. We will email your exact pick up time to approx: 5 minute slot before your transfer based on your accommodation location.

Cancellation Notice *
Cancellations more than 24 hours before travel receive refund less $18 per adult ($9 one way) and $9 per child ($4.50 one way) to cover booking establishment fees.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before transfer no refund, unless a COVID cancellation makes your travel impossible.

COVID cancellation: We offer your choice: 100% credit for 12 months or refund less standard cancel fees. See details.
