2. We specialise in Cairns Airport - Port Douglas - Cairns Airport. We go direct door to door - no stops in Palm Cove or Cairns Northern Beaches.
3. T2 Domestic pick up: Meet your driver with your name on a sign at baggage carousel 3.
4. Cairns T1 International Terminal meet in the arrivals hall.

5. Due to flight scheduling we have no shared shuttle service for flights scheduled to arrive after 7:30pm.
6. Flights scheduled to arrive after 6:00pm available as private transfer only.

  • Standard hours pricing for flights scheduled to arrive between 6am to 6:00pm daily. Flights scheduled to arrive after 6:00pm are private transfer only.
  • Children are 0-12 years inclusive. Please select children one way or return. $20 one way or $40 return transfer per child.
  • Oversize items are not strollers, prams and wheelchairs.

    Oversize are $10 each one way: golf bag, fishing gear, guitar, bike or bike bag, keyboard piano. Surfboards only allowed on our private transfer service.
  • Prams, wheelchairs and strollers are no charge, but please advise so we can allocate space.
  • Standard local shuttle cost is $7-$8 per adult one way. These unlimited specials cost $11-$13 per day! Buy an UNLIMITED local Port Douglas shuttle pass now and save 10% on our standard online prices. Each discounted ticket valid 3, 5 or 7 days. Family packages also. We'll send your discounted shuttle pass digitally before your arrival at Cairns Airport so you can start using it as soon as you get to Port Douglas!
  • Child seats are available but they are not compulsory on our Queensland buses over 13 seats. Our child seats are not baby capsules, they are standard child seats with harness for rear facing or front facing installation. We also offer booster seats. Passengers are welcome to bring their own child seat at no charge (but must be installed by you if electing this option).
  • EG Enter 2 x B, 1 x RFR. Child seats must be booked ahead so we can allocate and install. B = booster, FFR = front facing child seat, RFR = rear facing child seat. Passengers may bring their own child seat at no charge.

  • Please go to the inside A/C seating area near baggage carousel 3 to meet your driver. Please be at baggage carousel 3 at least 15 minutes before your scheduled shuttle time. Your driver will meet you with your name on a sign.

  • This is the time your flight departs Cairns Airport.
  • Please allow 3 hours before your flight departs. We go direct from Port Douglas to Cairns Airport approx: 1 hour 15 mins no Palm Cove stop. Allowing 3 hours allows time for pick ups in Port Douglas, roadworks, potential delays or long queues when you arrive at the airport. If you miss your scheduled bus you will be allocated seats on the next scheduled bus.

    Time is when we commence picking up in Port Douglas. We will email your exact pick up time to approx: 5 minute slot before your transfer based on your accommodation location.

    ​New! 6:00pm shuttle 'night time shoulder service'. A special flat rate of $30 per booking on this service enables all your travelling group to secure standard shared shuttle seat prices down to Cairns Airport or Cairns accommodation.
